We went out to dinner afterwards to take a break from eating at home (more for him than me), and I made great choices with small portions of decent foods. In the past if we go out after a late therapy session it might not have been so moderate.
He has today off from work, and we are running a bunch of errands together. Trying to just spend time together... in the presence of one another, but outside of the battleground which is our house. I will try to update tonight, or tomorrow morning how everything goes. Hopefully we can talk some more, have a few laughs, make good food choices...

ah, I'm glad you're making progress!!!!
I admire your strength in the face of those challenges. You're handling it beautifully.
Blessings
Glad things are going better with hubby. It's a process for sure, men just don't talk about their fears as easily as women. I know with my hubby he just gets all moody and grouchy with us all, eventually he comes out with what is bothering him but sometimes it takes a few days to a week. men lol. Hope you two have a good day.
Enjoy the moment! Hope all goes well......marriage is hard at best. At least you guys are working at it...key word..WORK!
Sending you good vibrations!
WOW!! I have been trying to get my hubby to have relationship counselling with me for some time- seems like your making progress! that must be nice, i can only wish for that
I am glad that you are seeing progress in the counseling sessions. I look forward to reading about how your day out goes--hoping you enjoyed yourselves!
So glad you are seeing progress!
Very glad 2 hear things are progressing in the right direction. :-)
Excellent - that is such great, positive news. Sometimes I think the very act of you both admitting there's an issue and attempting to look at it is enough to get the ball rolling in the right direction. Enjoy your time out together tomorrow.
*high bloody fives* to progress.
Kudos on good choices. *jealous* I did not make any when I went out for lunch this week...
Sounding really positive, hope it lasts!
